To login to our On Demand classes you will use your same email and password that you created when you signed up for your virtual membership.
We are so excited to offer this online class option for our clients that want to workout with us but can't make it to the studio. We will be adding videos regularly to build our library of workouts for you. All the videos are recordings of live classes at the studio, so you get the good, the crazy and the bloopers! Enjoy the classes and send us any questions you have!
We have a couple requests...
1. Please take pictures before, during or after you do classes with us online and tag us on social media so we can cheer you on in your journey!
2. Please don't share your online login info. Be respectful of the time, money and energy it takes to create this membership option for you. Your membership is for YOU only.
