C3 (Crossroads Circuit Class) is created by our very own instructor, Brooke Lakin. We mix weights, cardio and body weight training for the perfect blend to get you the results you want. Circuit training gives you muscle confusion to target differed muscle groups and build muscle endurance. You will love this class. The playlist is always fun and time flies by!
Are you ready to knockout stress and release your inner fighter? Cardio Kickboxing combines martial arts combinations and total body conditioning burnouts for a fun and challenging workout. You will be pushed through multiple rounds set to a heart pounding playlist. The martial arts combinations include kicks, punches, and defensive moves with no ring, no bag, just a light set of hand weights to challenge any level of athlete. This, combined with the total body conditioning burnouts, you will improve coordination, boost cardiovascular health, burn calories, add lean muscle, and enhance your flexibility. Cardio jump is the perfect combination of dance cardio and jumping rope! With a super fun playlist we will guide you through the class to help you burn fat, build stamina, relieve stress and boost your fitness in just 30 minutes. In a Strong 30 class you get the same great format of Strong Nation® packed in to only 30 minutes. So come to one of our 5:15 am classes to get your full body workout in early.
Zumba Gold is designed to introduce easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. It is great for beginners, active seniors and anyone needing low impact, low intensity cardio workouts. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Zumba Toning is all the fun of a Zumba Class but adds 1 - 2.5 pound Toning Sticks (hand weights) to concentrate on upper body while still dancing to amazing Latin and world rhythms. Zumba Toning doesn't just focus on upper body but is a great full body workout that helps you get increased calories burn. Bring your own toning sticks or use a set at the studio.
Aqua Zumba takes the party of a Zumba class to the pool. We hold these classes during the summer months at the Broadacres pool. It is great for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Wear your swimsuit, bring a towel and drinking water and get ready to have some fun! This is an outdoor pool and the class is weather permitting.
